Skip the application—let your performance pave the way. With the OMBA program's Performance-Based Admissions pathway, you can skip the application process and use your performance on two initial pathway courses to secure your place in the Online MBA program.

Complete two courses, get a ‘B’ grade or better, show proof of your bachelor’s degree by the time you complete the two courses, and you’ll join the next cohort in the full degree program.

Fast App pathway courses

The two pathway courses are designed with an asynchronous learning model, providing students the flexibility to work independently while meeting weekly assignment deadlines. The courses span an 8-week term aligned with the academic calendar, with modules structured from Monday to Sunday and assignments due at the end of each module. This flexible approach is ideal for full-time working adults, enabling them to pursue their education while balancing professional and personal commitments.

Managing the Organization

 

HRMG 6316: Managing the Organization offers key insights every business professional should understand working in, managing, and leading organizations in today's complex, diverse, and dynamic business environment. The primary goal of this course is to challenge—and improve— students’ understanding of human behavior in organizations so that they are better positioned to strategically leverage human capital. Introduces critical theories and concepts through case analyses, debates, TED Talks, and exercises that aim to help students understand, analyze, and ultimately address real business situations and problems.

Managing Operations and Supply Chain

 

SCHM 6318: Managing Operations and Supply Chain focuses on the integrative management of processes and activities involved in transformation and delivery of goods and services. Emphasizes foundational knowledge on supply chain and operations management concepts, techniques, and functions. Topics covered include sourcing and procurement, manufacturing and service operations, logistics management, process design and control, inventory management, interfirm relationship management, and attendant information flows.

Strategic Planning for the Future

STRT 6318: Strategic Planning for the Future provides the fundamental concepts for understanding and managing strategy in a competitive context. Focuses on analysis, critical thinking, and making strategic decisions. Discusses the analytical tools to examine the industry and firm context. Explores the design and execution of strategies to compete successfully and sustainably. Investigates the strategic changes involved as firms grow and expand into new businesses and geographic markets. Very much focused on the institutional complexity, current risks and opportunities that firm decision-makers face daily.
