In addition to on-demand content, each Online MBA course provides optional live faculty connect sessions each week as well as open faculty office hours.

Attend optional in-person events like a Husky Huddle or the Campus Connect on the Boston campus to build deep with faculty, peers, and staff. 

Admission pathways for all backgrounds

Skip the application—let your performance pave the way. With the OMBA program's Performance-Based Admissions pathway, you can skip the application process and use your performance on two initial pathway courses to secure your place in the Online MBA program.

Complete two courses, get a ‘B’ grade or better, show proof of your bachelor’s degree by the time you complete the two courses, and you’ll join the next cohort in the full degree program.

The PBA pathway courses are a selection of Business Core coursework from the Online MBA curriculum. For an example of what to expect in your first two classes, please review the courses & their descriptions below.

SCHM 6318: Managing Operations and Supply Chain

Focuses on the integrative management of processes and activities involved in transformation and delivery of goods and services. Emphasizes foundational knowledge on supply chain and operations management concepts, techniques, and functions. Topics covered include sourcing and procurement, manufacturing and service operations, logistics management, process design and control, inventory management, interfirm relationship management, and attendant information flows.

HRMG 6318: Managing the Organization

Offers key insights every business professional should understand working in, managing, and leading organizations in today's complex, diverse, and dynamic business environment. The primary goal of this course is to challengeand improvestudents’ understanding of human behavior in organizations so that they are better positioned to strategically leverage human capital. Introduces critical theories and concepts through case analyses, debates, TED Talks, and exercises that aim to help students understand, analyze, and ultimately address real business situations and problems.
