Northeastern Online programs offer two ways to join: Fast App and Standard Application.
The Northeastern Online Degree Fast App allows you to earn graduate admission by completing real coursework—no waiting for an admissions decision or lengthy materials. Simply submit your undergraduate transcript, enroll in coursework, and let your performance demonstrate your readiness for graduate study.
Apply for your master's program through the Northeastern University traditional graduate application. Applicants to the standard application are required to submit materials such as letters of recommendation, a personal statement, a resume, and transcripts and then wait for an admission decision.

The Northeastern Online Certificate Fast App lets you skip the traditional admissions process and start learning right away.
After submitting your Fast App, you'll get access to enroll in up to two courses from your chosen online graduate certificate program. Simply submit your undergraduate transcripts within 30 days of your first courses. That's it—no waiting for an admissions decision, no lengthy application materials.

Do I still need to submit an official transcript if I am a Northeastern alumni?
It depends on where you earned your undergraduate degree.
We will be able to pull your transcript. No need to submit any additional official transcript.
