This fall, learners in Northeastern University’s Online Master of Science in Management (OMSM) program gathered for a unique experiential learning opportunity: a two-day Fall 2024 retreat at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
The retreat brought together OMSM students, Northeastern faculty, and healthcare leaders to explore how effective management and strategic thinking are transforming healthcare organizations.
A weekend of management insight and real-world application
Designed to deepen students’ understanding of healthcare leadership, innovation, and operational strategy, the retreat featured:
