You’ll get immediately actionable business knowledge, insights and ideas for what’s next in business. The Online MBA program is designed from top to bottom to enable you to translate what you learn into effectiveness and leadership on the job immediately, including an emphasis on indispensable human skills.

In addition to on-demand content, each Online MBA course provides optional live faculty connect sessions each week as well as open faculty office hours.
Attend optional in-person events like a Husky Huddle or the Campus Connect on the Boston campus to build deep with faculty, peers, and staff.
Admission pathways for all backgrounds
Skip the application—let your performance pave the way. With the OMBA program's Performance-Based Admissions pathway, you can skip the application process and use your performance on two initial pathway courses to secure your place in the Online MBA program.
Complete two courses, get a ‘B’ grade or better, show proof of your bachelor’s degree by the time you complete the two courses, and you’ll join the next cohort in the full degree program.

FINA 6318: Financial Management
Introduces time value of money calculations and applications. Building upon a basis in accounting, offers students an opportunity to learn how to extract relevant information from the accounting statements for use in financial calculations and ratio analysis. Also examines capital planning, including determining relevant cash flows, calculating decision measures, and making the correct decisions.
MKTG 6318: Customer Value and the Enterprise
Examines the role of marketing as an organizational function and a set of processes to manage offerings that provide superior value to customers. Focuses on developing student skill in analyzing the customer and business environment and using that analysis to build an effective marketing strategy. Emphasizes methods for the identification, acquisition, and retention of customers in a way that provides mutual value to the customer and the organization.
