What is the Fast App?
The Northeastern Online Fast App lets you skip the traditional admissions process and start learning right away. After submitting your Fast App, you’ll get access to enroll in up to two courses from your chosen online graduate certificate program. Simply submit your undergraduate transcripts within the first 30 days of your first course. That’s it—no waiting for an admissions decision, no lengthy application materials.
Requirements
You must have a completed bachelor's degree (in any field).
How it works
Step 1. Choose your program and submit your Fast App.
Step 2. You'll get an email to enroll in up to two courses.
- Upload unofficial transcripts showing your completed bachelor's degree.
- Pay $100 enrollment deposit (applied to first tuition payment).
Step 3. Submit official undergraduate transcripts within 30 days of enrolling.
Important: Earn a B or better in each course to stay in good academic standing and keep your credits eligible to stack into a related degree program.
Cost
There’s no fee to submit the Fast App. When you enroll in your first courses, you’ll pay a $100 enrollment deposit—which goes toward your first tuition payment.
Each certificate program costs $5,250 total. The cost per credit varies depending on whether the program is 12 or 16 credits. See below for details on each certificate.
