    Northeastern Employee Resources

    • Northeastern will send you an email titled "Claim Your Northeastern University Online Account" with instructions and a unique personalized link for you to use.
      • Please reach out to [email protected] ASAP if you used your Northeastern employee email on your Fast App as this will delay this process.

    • You will be required to check your student email address regularly as all course and program communication will be sent to this email. You will use your student email address to access your Student Hub, Canvas, Slack, and Navigate 360.
    Northeastern Employee Tuition Benefit
    • Northeastern Employees looking to utilize their tuition benefit for the Online Graduate Certificate in AI Application coursework will need to submit a tuition waiver form.
    • You will need to submit an updated or new tuition waiver form every term you are enrolled in an AI Certificate course.
    • For more information about the guidelines, tracking your tuition waiver form, or FAQs, please visit the HR Service Center.

      * You can find the CRN required for your tuition waiver by logging into your Student Hub and checking your registered courses.

      Academic Rigor
      • The Online Graduate Certificate in AI Applications was developed by Northeastern Faculty & Staff with the same academic rigor as other quality Northeastern Certificates and Graduate Degree Programs. Each of the 4 credit courses you’ll be taking was developed by an expert and one of your colleagues in our Northeastern community.
      • It is expected that you’ll spend 10-15 hours per week in your AI Certificate course. Even professionals familiar with Artificial Intelligence will find themselves spending the same amount of time diving into the curated academic readings, engaging with provided media, and working on weekly assignments developed to gauge your developing understanding in the subject matter.
      • Take a break when needed. We understand the demands put upon Northeastern Faculty and Staff differ throughout the year. To take a break, email [email protected] with the term you plan on taking off and when you plan on enrolling in your next course.
