Gain a strong foundation in the ethical and practical dimensions of artificial intelligence with Foundations of Responsible AI. Adapted from Northeastern University’s Online Graduate Certificate in AI Applications, this non-credit course equips you with the knowledge to navigate AI responsibly in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.

Through a mix of readings, videos, and interactive quizzes, you’ll explore topics such as fairness and bias, privacy in the age of big data, human-in-the-loop design, and AI’s role in business strategy. Along the way, you’ll build both conceptual understanding and practical insight into how AI can be used responsibly to create value. Upon completion, you’ll earn a verified Northeastern digital badge—evidence of your readiness to apply responsible AI principles in your studies or career.

Upon completion of the course, you’ll receive the digital badge: Foundations of Resonsible AI Learning.

This non-credit program is not eligible for NU academic or continuing education credit, and is not stackable into any credit-bearing program.
